Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Challenge to City's Assault Weapons Ban

The Supreme Court announced today that it will not hear a challenge to a Chicago suburb's ban on assault style weapons. This decision comes as the matter of gun control enters the national spotlight following the mass shooting in San Bernardino which killed 14 people.
