Summer isn't all fun and games.

Though many see the season as a magical time for carefree activities like frolicking on the beach, swimming or enjoying a delicious ice cream cone, for some, summer's scorching temperatures elicit a great deal of anxiety.

With warm weather comes the promise of sweat, humidity and serious struggles like the grueling task of installing your air conditioning unit. 

Here are 10 all-too-familiar anxieties that people who hate warm weather have surely experienced. 

1. Being terrified to touch your fiery, sunlight-drenched steering wheel
