    Limited to crowded neighborhoods and noise ordinance policies, city dwellers don't get to experience the awesomeness that is a Halloween light show in suburbia. That's right; light shows are no longer bound strictly to Santa season.

And unlike the Griswald family's Christmas light show, these 10 dazzling displays of spooky electricity don't knock out the neighborhood power -- at least we hope not.
