2 arrested in Visalia narcotics sales investigation

VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man and a woman from Exeter were arrested on Thursday in connection with a narcotics sales investigation in Visalia, the Visalia Police Department said.

Police say a search warrant was served on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the 500 block of South Francis Street in Exeter by their Narcotics Unit and Special Enforcement Unit after the Narcotics Unit had been investigating two individuals for narcotics distribution in Visalia and neighboring areas.

2 arrested after CHP K-9 finds $700K of cocaine in Merced County

Detectives say they identified the two individuals as 24-year-old Kaleb Ortiz and 23-year-old Marissa Flores. During the search of the home, they discovered 4.25 kilograms of cocaine. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Detention Facility under suspicion of narcotic sales.
