The 2012 Seattle RV Show returns to CenturyLink Event Center on February 9th - 12th. It is the largest RV show in Washington providing area consumers an opportunity to compare a huge selection of RVs while highlighting the many recreational opportunities accessible with the RV lifestyle.
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) January 27, 2012
Produced by the Manufactured Home & RV Show Association (MHRV) for 49 years, The Seattle RV Show is the largest in the state and a showcase for the RV industry. Helgeson is optimistic that 2012 will be a strong year as demand for RVs is reflected in increased shipments and attendance at shows nationwide. He estimates about 40% of show attendees are existing RV owners while 60% are interested in buying or learning more about the RV lifestyle.
For the first time, Washington State Employees Credit Union is the Presenting Sponsor of the event. The credit union, which primarily serves employees in the public sector and their families, will have a presence at the show and will be able to assist those eligible with applying for an RV loan. “We’re very excited about this opportunity,” noted Julie Lind, AVP of Lending. “We’re looking forward to participating.”
Shoppers can expect to see a great selection of brand new 2012 RVs. Participating dealers and manufacturers include: Airstream Adventures Northwest, Apache Camping Center, Blade Chevrolet & RV Center, Clearview RV Inc., Fife RV Center, Gonnason Boats & RV, Roy Robinson RV, Sunset RV, Tacoma RV Center, Uhlmann RV, and Valley Auburn RV.
This year's event features twice the number of free seminars that will include the following topics;
Volunteering in Washington State Parks, Boondocking 101, Green RVing – Solar & Inverters, Safety & Fun for Women on the Road, Snapshots from Rambling Up North, Geocaching – RV Family Fun, Drive your Motorhome like a Pro, and RVing Southern Vancouver Island.
Back by popular demand, Award-Winning Filmmaker John Holod is returning to The Seattle RV Show to share his latest RV production “The Great Rocky Mountain RV Adventure” in the RV Adventure Theatre.
Two new hands-on reality exhibits have been added for both RV newbies and seasoned owners. The "Ask the RV Technician" display will provide the opportunity to ask any service or accessory related questions and check out the well accessorized display RV The "RV Walk Through" is where consumers can learn everything they need to know about a new RV just like taking delivery of their very own.
The show will also feature many exhibits showcasing products developed for the RV lifestyle.
