Green Hills, “a member of the SyracuseFirst Movement,” provides Central New York with a convenient market option that has a neighborhood feel and family-values environment, along with unique grocery offerings. In Green Hills’ 76 years of history, they are the only family-owned and operated supermarket in the area, and the market was looking to establish a more developed web presence. Through emphasizing Green Hills’ large local product selection, artisan chef bakery, deli, and exclusivity in selling Creekstone Farms beef, their aim was to generate more awareness and customer loyalty to Green Hills.

The visual design for the site establishes Green Hills’ overall brand image by building on the foundation established through the newly released identity created by Green Hills. This site is easy to navigate and understand, and educates the audience about all that Green Hills has to offer. It includes information about the company, the market’s weekly print ad, a highlighted local section, deli and bakery pages, contact information and a customer login to their SmartShop page.

The new website designed by 2ndNature quickly explains what API offers and who they are through a simple and modern design to API’s target audience of prospective and current customers.
