Apple Pie Martini
The combination of cinnamon, sugar, and apples is a staple of the holiday season, and apple pie is always a favorite. The mellow sweetness of maple syrup combined with a mulled apple cider bring the flavors of this all-American pie to the martini glass.
Ingredients:
2 ounces apple cider
2 ounces vodka
½ ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce maple syrup (plus more to finish)
Cinnamon
Sugar
Lemon Wedge
Materials:
Small plate
Instructions:
1. Combine cider, vodka, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and mix well, then pour onto a small plate.
3. Run the lemon wedge along the rim of your martini glass to moisten, then run the rim of your martini glass over the cinnamon sugar on the plate.
4. Pour your cocktail into your rimmed glass and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup.
Pumpkin Pie Cocktail
If you’re a fan of the White Russian, a creamy, dreamy cocktail made with Kahlua, vodka, and milk, you’ll like this pumpkin pie take on it!
Ingredients:
1 ½ ounces vodka
2 ounces Kahlua
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie mix
3 ounces whole milk
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler, over ice.

Pecan Pie Martini
Praline, or pecan, liqueur is a very Southern treat. Akin to its cousins, Frangelico and Amaretto, it has a nutty sweetness that transforms the holiday pecan pie into a cocktail.
Ingredients:
½ ounce bourbon
2 ounces vodka
1 ½ ounces praline liqueur
Pecans
Cinnamon sugar
Lemon wedge
Materials:

Instructions:
1. Chop the pecans finely and combine them with the cinnamon sugar.
2. Run the lemon wedge along the rim of your martini glass to moisten, then run the rim of your martini glass over the pecan cinnamon sugar.
