    30th Annual Tupper Lake Woodsmen’s Days Kicks Off Busy Summer Events Calendar

    Adirondack Village of Tupper Lake Offers Family Fun all Summer Long

    The Adirondacks' traditional summer event season kicks off in Tupper Lake this weekend with the 30th Annual Tupper Lake Woodsmen’s Days Weekend, Friday-Sunday July 8th, 9th and 10th at the Tupper Lake Municipal Park.

    Tupper Lake Woodsmen’s Days kicks off July 8th with a barbecue and live musical entertainment at the Municipal Park starting at 6 pm. For two days, enjoy lumberjack competitions, equipment contests, a horse pull, a parade, live music, exhibits, children’s activities, including a magic show and more.

    The Woodsmen's Days event isn't the only festival going on in the Tupper Lake this summer. This outdoor recreational Mecca is known for its scenic views, waterways and wild Adirondack outdoor adventure. Unique summer events provide an opportunity to experience this four season resort town in the Adirondack Region.

    Tupper Lake Summer Events include:


    •     The Wild Center located in Tupper Lake, NY hosts the Adirondack’s most innovative eco-entertainment. This world class facility can be found on the web at wildcenter.org.

    •     The Tupper Lake Arts Council in partnership with the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts will host a series of creative events. For more information, visit Tupper-Lake.com or the Tupper Lake Chamber of Commerce visitor center on Park Street.

    •     Tupper Lake’s rich athletic heritage will be highlighted this summer with the North Country All-Star Football Classic sponsored by the TL Rotary Club on July 14th.

    •     The 2nd Annual Lions Club Carnival will bring the largest traveling amusement park to the Adirondacks from July 27th through July 31st.
