5.8-magnitude earthquake strikes northern Chile: USGS

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A 5.8-magnitude earthquake struck northern Chile on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. The quake hit 60 miles (100 km) north-northeast of Calama at a depth of 64.6 miles (103 km), the USGS said. (Writing by Doina Chiacu; Editing by Susan Heavey)
