DENVER (AP) — Denver police don't have any suspects in the slayings of five people whose bodies were found at a bar that was set on fire.
Police chief Robert White says there's nothing to indicate a murder-suicide. He says he was hopeful the killings were an "isolated act" but couldn't say for sure yet.
Investigators believe the fire was set at Fero Bar & Grill to cover up the slayings.
They were still inside the bar 12 hours after a passing police officer noticed the fire around closing time. Police say the bar was extensively damaged, but there wasn't much damage visible from the outside.
