Our son called from New York, saying, "Mom, turn on the television. A plane has just flown into one of the Towers of the World Trade Center." I could not take my eyes off the set as I watched the second plane fly into the second tower and the buildings crumple to the ground."
Tears fill my eyes as I recall that fateful day.

Rest In Peace to the innocent people who lost their lives, in NYC, Washington, D.C. & Pennsylvania. And those who died as a result of the ensuing wars in Afghanistan & Iraq. - United We Stand, God Bless America.
