Accuser: Sandusky exposed himself to me in sauna

BELLEFONTE, Pa. (AP) — A 23-year-old man says Jerry Sandusky exposed himself in a sauna they were sharing and grabbed his genitals in a shower shortly after.

Speaking Wednesday to jurors at Sandusky's sex abuse trial, the man dubbed Victim 5 says the alleged abuse took place in 2001, just before he turned 13.

He claims Sandusky had asked him to go work out on the Penn State campus. That led to the sauna and shower on the same day in 2001.

Afterward, he testified Sandusky, whom he met at Second Mile camp in 1999, drove him home and made "no eye contact" with him. The man says he did not have contact with Sandusky again.

The allegations differed from the grand jury report issued in November, which said the alleged abuse took place between 1996 and 2002.

Ultimately, many of the photos and cellphone records of Trayvon Martin released online Thursday by George Zimmerman’s defense attorneys – indicating that the slain teenager smoked marijuana, got into fights at school, and had an interest in, and perhaps access to, guns – may be ruled inadmissible in court. But they are already making the rounds in the court of public opinion, which can influence everything from fundraising efforts to the mind-set of potential jurors in Mr. Zimmerman's murder trial.
