    Acquity Group Receives Two Online Retail Awards® for Outstanding eCommerce Sites

    The 2011 Online Retail Awards® honor Acquity Group for outstanding eCommerce and website design for Radio Flyer and Boot Barn.

    Acquity Group LLC, a leading global brand eCommerce and digital marketing company, announced today that it has been named the recipient of two “Highly Commended” citations from the 2011 Online Retail Awards® for the redesign of RadioFlyer.com and BootBarn.com.

    The Online Retail Awards (ORA) are international, impartial, independent business awards that recognize exemplary retailer websites that offer superior online shopping experiences for customers. The award not only celebrates eCommerce functionality, but looks at a variety of other components such as website design, the overall user experience, customer service, the capacity to drive visitors to the site, as well as customer service, deployment of best practices, and a demonstrated return on investment.

    Radio Flyer:

    Acquity Group worked with Radio Flyer on the launch of its new, eCommerce-enabled corporate website that allows consumers to purchase Radio Flyer merchandise and replacement parts online. Radio Flyer and Acquity Group worked hand-in-hand to develop a streamlined new user experience that better educates shoppers on product functionality, and offers visitors a convenient, seamless online shopping experience.

    The new website reflects Radio Flyer’s iconic brand and offers consumers a digital experience as trustworthy and reliable as the toys themselves.

    Boot Barn:

    Boot Barn, the nation’s largest work and western wear retailer, enlisted the help of Acquity Group to re-design and re-launch its eCommerce channel for an enhanced end-to-end customer experience. Boot Barn is a retailer with a strong brick-and-mortar presence and an existing history of eCommerce success. Acquity Group worked to reinvigorate a website that would better reflect the quality and diversity of Boot Barn’s products, as well as provide a highly scaleable framework to support the growth of the popular company.

    The new online presence boasts significant improvements to the user experience and serves as a natural extension of Boot Barn’s brick-and-mortar stores.
