New Additions to the Contractor Mortgages Made Easy team

Despite all the mortgage market press this year it looks like 2012 is set to be a big year for Contractor Mortgages Made Easy. Having started as they mean to go on the contractor mortgage specialists have taken on two new members of staff as the business goes from strength to strength.

Despite all the mortgage market press this year, it looks like 2012 is set to be a big year for Contractor Mortgages Made Easy. Having started as they mean to go on the contractor mortgage specialists have taken on two new members of staff as the business goes from strength to strength.

The new additions to the contractor mortgage specialists are their two new mortgage advisers, Simon Butler and Samuel Burley. These two mortgage advisers are a great addition to the already highly successful and hard-working team at Contractor Mortgages Made Easy.

Simon Butler comes armed with a wealth of experience from the likes of John Charcol, Santander and Barclays. He has both a broad and technical understanding of the financial market, complete with his CeMAP qualification, and will be a real asset to the team at Contractor Mortgages Made Easy. As well as being passionate about the mortgage market, in his spare time Simon loves to cook and keep fit!

Samuel Burley is also joining the team and has worked within the mortgage and estate agency field for many years now. Having worked alongside estate agents, Samuel is able to offer clients a level of understanding that will really aid them in their mortgage applications. He has worked for companies such as HBOS/Lloyds Group and more recently for Millstream Management Services, part of the Churchill Retirement Living Group. Samuel has great strengths in business development and management and has also completed his CeMAP qualifications.

Andy McBride, Associate Director at Contractor Mortgages Made Easy, has commented on their latest recruits saying, "Recruiting two new advisers at a time when many other mortgage brokers are downsizing is encouraging news for everyone involved with the company."

Contractor Mortgages Made Easy is a team of professional mortgage advisers who offer impartial advice. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of both the mortgage market and the property market enables them to provide specialist mortgages for contractors.
