iPad app, TENPOINTSIX, delivers more to the field service industry with new features and a transition to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) July 16, 2011
The move to the most recent version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM has given TENPOINTSIX users a wider variety of options and features. “One of the biggest advantages of the new version of CRM,” said CIO Brian Bewley, “is the addition of business intelligence dashboards. From the management console users can now identify emerging trends and monitor company performance.”
Users will also benefit from the addition of other new features. The management console has gained a service calendar, which displays all work order activities by month. The work orders have several filtering options, including work order type, technician, or dispatch status and have the ability for color coding.
A second feature allows video, audio, and images to be added to any procedure. “It’s a feature that users were requesting. Users now have the ability to watch a video on how to complete a procedure or see an image of what a part or step should look like,” says Paige Bailey, Client Relationship Manager.
