S.Africa will need external funds for bulk of infrastructure projects - FinMin

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa will need external funding for the bulk of its 3 trillion rand infrastructure programme to help boost its ailing economy, Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene said on Friday. Nene also said in a speech prepared for delivery to business leaders that the South African economy was not growing at a sufficient rate to reduce unemployment, poverty and inequality.
