    Ahern and Associates Engaged to Facilitate Specialized Carrier Acquisition Search for EZE Trucking

    For the second time in less than one year, Ahern and Associates, Ltd., the nation’s leading trucking acquisition firm, has been hired to provide viable acquisition targets for the rapidly expanding EZE Trucking. EZE Trucking is a specialized transportation and logistics business operating in the Western half of the United States.     This most recent assignment comes on the heels of last year’s successful acquisition of Bakersfield, CA based Patterson Motor Freight. EZE Trucking is looking to further expand its business and partner with entrepreneurs who wish to build a dominant specialized trucking company.

    The consultants at Ahern and Associates are currently seeking specialized carriers or freight brokers who match EZE’s strategic growth criteria. EZE seeks to partner with businesses generating at least $5MM or more of total revenue for 2011 and in the following industries:
