AHS: Freak Show Adds Matt Bomer as a Guest Star, Releases a New Teaser Just for "Licks" (VIDEO)

Matt Bomer is joining the Freak Show.

The White Collar star has landed a one-episode guest spot in the upcoming fourth season of FX's American Horror Story anthology, according to Entertainment Weekly. Set in Florida in 1952 at one of the last remaining "freak shows" in the nation, the series will follow a troupe of performers, or freaks, on their journey of survival "as the American carny experience dies out around them."

The appearance will mark a reunion for Bomer and AHS creator Ryan Murphy, who directed the actor earlier this year in HBO's The Normal Heart.

"I try to get him to do everything for me," Murphy said of Bomer, describing Bomer's Freak Show role as "very... warped."

In other Freak Show news, FX has followed up last week's premiere date announcement and first teaser with a second teaser that just might leave you tongue-tied:

American Horror Story: Freak Show premieres Wednesday, October 8 at 10pm on FX.
