Did Kabletown crack down on Alec?

After Alec Baldwin made headlines yesterday for saying NBC's "30 Rock" was ending in 2012, the actor changed his tune about the future of the Emmy Award-winning comedy.

"Gosh I want to take the opportunity to state that although my days on network TV may be numbered, I hope '30 Rock' goes on forever. Or at least as long as everyone involved desires," Alec wrote in a blog on The Huffington Post, posted on Thursday.

Playfully adding, "Next year hopefully won't be the last. Kenneth can run the network. Jenna will get her own talk show. Tracy will become Mayor of New York. Then resign to go raise exotic reptiles. And Lemon will go do.... just about anything she sets her mind to. Here's to five more seasons."

In more "30 Rock" news, according to TV Line, Tina Fey is reportedly headed back to "Saturday Night Live" to host for a third time (fourth, if we're counting the group hosting gig with Betty White for the show's 2010 Mother's Day episode).

According to the site, the former "SNL" star - who announced she was expecting her second child on Wednesday - is slated to host on May 7.
