‘America’s Got Talent’s’ Willis Clan Gets TLC Reality Series

The Willis family, a 14-member band that made it to the quarterfinals on “America’s Got Talent,” will star in a new reality series for TLC, the network announced Thursday.

“The Willis Family,” premiering May 5 at 10 p.m./9C, will follow parents Brenda and Toby Willis as they share the challenge of maintaining their large family while keeping up with the workload required to manage their touring band.

The family, hailing from just outside of Nashville, have garnered considerable attention since appearing on the popular talent show. The YouTube video from their national performance alone has garnered more than 6 million views.

Throughout the season, viewers follow the Willis family as they produce and record their new album. From making deadlines to planning an album release party and creating music videos, the family stays busy making new music and preparing for shows large and small. They also gear up for their first West Coast tour traveling the country in a new bus.
