The USA sends Billions of Our Tax Dollars to other Countries. Most of that Money ends up in Corrupt Government Pockets or in the Hands of Thieves. I believe is someone in the USA wants to send any Country Money, you go right ahead, but leave my hard earned Tax Dollars here in the United States. I am not paying taxes to impove other countries lives, I am paying taxes to improve my life. Our Government needs to take the Head Out of Their #$%$ and quite trying to save the World with the Tax Payers Money. If they want to save the World, have them take money out of their own pockets and fund save the world. Just don't use The American Tax Payers Dollars.

I have been to Somalia, last time their was a starvation crisis in the early 90's. Somalia is tribal, has been in tribal warfare for centuries, there is no infrastructure nor security, none!.
