U.S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh granted a preliminary injunction against Samsung’s (005930) Galaxy Nexus smartphone in June. The South Korean vendor was quick to appeal the ruling however, and on Thursday a U.S. Court of Appeals reversed Koh’s decision, according to Reuters. The temporary sales ban had barely any impact on Samsung or Google (GOOG) and only halted sales of the smartphone for a few days.
