Apple just released iOS 10 beta 8 and public beta 7
Okay seriously, this is getting a little bit ridiculous now. Apple used to stick to a two-week release schedule for its iOS beta software, but the company just released iOS 10 beta 8 and iOS 10 public beta 7 because... well... why not? iOS 10 beta 7 and public beta 6 were released just seven days ago, so we were clearly due for new builds.

If you have an iPhone or iPad running either iOS 10 beta 7 or iOS 10 public beta 6, you'll be able to install the new update by going to Settings > General > Software Update and following the instructions on your device. The new builds will also be made available shortly on Apple's developer website, where they can be downloaded and installed using iTunes.
Or you could just skip iOS 10 beta 8 or public beta 7 and wait for the next new beta builds, which should be released sometime later this afternoon at this rate.
As for what's new, Apple Music has a new look as does Apple's News app. There are also obviously a wide range of bug fixes including the security patches that the latest public release of iOS 9 included, as well as other refinements. Apple is expected to release the final public version of iOS 10 in early September ahead of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus release, so the iOS 10 GM (Gold Master) build should be released sometime soon. Probably shortly after iOS 10 beta 497 is pushed out.
