    Apptix Business Development Expert Shares Channel Expertise at IT Expo

    Jim Riley shares experience in making channels successful at the “Educating the Channel with Industry Standard Certifications” panel discussion

Riley will be a panelist in the “Educating the Channel with Industry Standard Certifications” conference event.

    The discussion, co-chaired by Louis Hayner, EVP and Chief Sales Officer, WVT Communications Group (Alteva & USA Datanet) and Greg DeCingue, co-founder and managing partner, Crystal Technologies Group, Inc., will cover the changing needs of channel partners for selling cloud technology. By putting industry standards and guidelines in place, and working closely with the channel to provide them with the necessary tools they need to be successful, service providers can further extol the benefits of a cloud-based solution.

    Jim Riley is responsible sales strategies, revenues, and operations targeting the Broadband Market Sector for Apptix. He has over 25 years of sales and sales leadership experience at high tech companies including IBM, Rational Software, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems. For over ten years, Jim has been directly involved with cloud computing initiatives with emerging technology companies. He has developed internal business continuity requirements for his own companies and has been instrumental in developing continuity requirements within the solution offerings his companies have taken to market.
