    AquaSoft SlideShow 7 for YouTube is distributed free of charge and offers a similar set of features than the top-of-the-line product SlideShow Ultimate (http://www.aquasoft.net/slideshow_en.as) that sells for $70 USD. The main difference is that slide show projects are limited to be exported to YouTube. The Ultimate version can write multiple slideshows to DVD, export them in a variety of video formats, create self-installing screensavers and offers a distributable slideshow player with full DirectX support (for playback on a different PC).
