Pryor, Little Rock Chamber of Commerce hosting town hall on social media for businesses

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- Representatives from several companies will be in Little Rock for a town hall for small businesses on ways to use social media.

U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor and the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce on Friday plans to host a Small Business Social Media Town Hall. The event will be held at the chamber in downtown Little Rock.

The town hall will include representatives from Facebook, Google, Twitter and Yelp. The representatives plan to share tips on how small businesses can use social media to expand their customer base.

Pryor is to deliver opening and closing remarks at the event.

Pryor is the chairman of the Subcommittee on Communications, Technology and the Internet.
