The self-made entrepreneur started in the music industry with Virgin Records and has since expanded to a wide range of sectors, including his most recent venture: Virgin Galactic space tourism. Much of Branson's success has come from pioneering non-traditional business practices. He, along with Mashable CEO Pete Cashmore, will talk at Rio+Social about how thinking outside the box can impact sustainability and create a better future for our planet.

Tell us: What would you ask Sir Richard Branson? What do you want to know about entrepreneurship and how it can inspire solutions? Submit your questions in the comments below and Branson may answer your question at the Rio+Social conference.
