This is Assad’s Instagram Feed as the U.S. Debates Military Strike Against Syria
A brief look at Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's Instagram Account and you would never guess his country is engaged in a brutal civil war or that the U.S. is actively debating whether to launch a military strike against his country.
There are no images revealing a bloody civil war. No images of a horrific chemical attack that took place last month in the Damascus suburbs.
Assad's official Instagram account, instead, shows images of him and his wife being greeted by idolizing masses and congratulating Syrian children for scoring high marks on academic tests.
