  • Fashion Tricks to Fake the Perfect Figure

Everyone wants the perfect figure and now you can have it. Well, fake it until you make it, at least. Whether you're curvy, petite, small or large busted, there are fashion tricks to make your body look amazing.

The style editor of Lucky Magazine, Lori Bergamotto, appeared on "GMA" with secrets to flatter any figure and shave off the pounds.

    Lori's 4 Extra Figure-Flattering Tips:

    1. Invest in the proper-fitting bra and undies. Finding the right undergarments no matter what your body type can easily shave pounds off. Visible and bulky panty lines are never flattering.

    2. Use a bold piece of jewelry to draw the eye away from problem areas. Try a fabulous pair of chandelier earrings or a chunky bib necklace to bring attention to your face and neck. Sparkly jewelry can also highlight your collarbone, one of the sexiest parts of the body.

    3. Chilly days call for chunky knits, but steer clear of boyish cuts with boxy shapes. Instead, opt for silhouettes in lightweight

  • Utah Youth Coach Claims Player Knock-Down Self-Defense

ABC News' John Muller and Kimberly Berryman report:

The Utah volunteer youth football coach who was arrested after allegedly stepping onto the field and striking a 13-year-old player down says he was acting in self-defense.

"It was a defensive position," Nathan Harris, the assistant coach for the Mapleton City's football team, told ABC News. "I never crossed the line. No harm [was] meant to be done."

Harris was coaching his sons' youth football team last month in one of the last games of the season. As the opposing team's fullback was headed for a touchdown in the Oct. 6 game, Harris allegedly stepped onto the field in Payson City, Utah, and struck the 13-year-old player down.

"What I saw was the Payson player running toward the Mapleton sideline," said the game referee, David Durrant, at the time. "What I saw was the Mapleton coach didn't even try to move. He just raised his arms and hit him with his forearms, is what it looked like."

Durrant threw a yellow flag and

The actress discussed her 60-pound weight loss today with Amy Robach on " Good Morning America."

"It wasn't an overnight thing," she, 39, said. "I have no sponsor. I'm totally doing it myself. I actually counted calories and worked out. It's literally 1,200 calories and worked out every day."

When she was 27, Winokur snagged a Tony award for her Broadway debut in the musical "Hairspray."

She has since become a Hollywood staple. Known for publicly embracing her curves, Winokur took a turn on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars."

Several celebrity dancers, including actress Kirstie Alley, have credited the show with their dramatic weight loss, but Winokur didn't get those results.

"I lost nothing, not a single pound," she said of her participation on season six of the reality-TV dance competition.

Despite not losing any weight on the show, however,

The Baby Mop, a one-piece outfit with built-in mops on the arms and legs, lets your kids clean the floors as they crawl around getting their exercise.

"The idea was originally thought up in Japan in the late 90s. They have something called Chindogu, which are like useless inventions," Mike Parker,'s press officer, told "They had a book that came out about 10 years ago about 101 useless inventions. We've seen it, we've seen the fake commercial that floated around, and so we've been talking about using it as a real product for years. So we tried
