The Associated Press has declared Lisa Murkowski the winner of Alaska's hotly contested Senate race. She's the first candidate to win a write-in campaign in nearly 50 years.
Per AP, Murkowski currently has more than a 10,000-vote lead over GOP rival Joe Miller, with just 700 more ballots to count. But Miller, who was backed by Murkowski rival Sarah Palin, has hinted he might seek another recount.
