  • Alec Baldwin Fights with Another Photographer

Alec Baldwin Curses Out Another Photographer cursed out another photographer this morning, but this time, he may have had good reason.

The "30 Rock" actor unleashed on a photographer who was blocking the entrance to his apartment building, yelling, "I want you to shut the f**k up and get out of here. Leave my neighbor alone." After a few more "shut ups," he sneered at the photog, called him a "little girl," and stormed off clutching a pink stuffed animal.

Baldwin's publicist declined to comment on the incident, but a source close to the actor told ABCNews.com the photographer "has a history of harassing residents in Alec's building" and told one neighbor to "f**k off" when asked to move away from the door.

Baldwin is expected to marry fiancee Hilaria Thomas in downtown Manhattan tomorrow. Last week, he was accused of punching a New York Daily News photographer in front of the Manhattan Civil Courthouse. Police are investigating that incident.

  • Alec Baldwin Guards Wedding From Potential Paparazzi

Credit: John W. Ferguson/Getty Images. The details of Alec Baldwin's big day are on a need-to-know basis.

The "30 Rock" star is expected to wed his yoga instructor fiancee Hilaria Thomas Saturday at downtown Manhattan's St. Patrick's Old Cathedral. The New York Post reported that because the happy couple is wary of paparazzi - Baldwin scuffled with a New York Daily News photographer last week - they have yet to tell guests where the reception will take place.

But a source close to Baldwin told ABCNews.com that's nonsense. "Everyone knows where to go," the source said, adding that while Baldwin and Thomas didn't send out traditional wedding invites, "the idea that they are not telling people" details "is just not true."

Whatever celebrations happen won't last long. Thomas is scheduled to be back at her yoga studio on July 2, Baldwin is set to host documentary film festival on July 6 in East Hampton.

This will be the first wedding for Thomas, 28, and the second for Baldwin, 54. He was previously

  • Report: Charlie Sheen 'Flips Out' Before Show's Premiere

A day after Charlie Sheen's camp - and the Ritz Hotel - denied rumors that he trashed a hotel suite in New York City, Us Weekly reported the source of static between Sheen and his family Monday night was a missed photo-op.

According to the magazine, Sheen accompanied his ex-wife Denise Richards for the red carpet premiere of her new film"Madea's Witness Protection" and expected their daughters Sam and Lola to join them. A source told the magazine that the young girls didn't want to mug for the cameras. "They're shy," the source said."They just wanted to see their mom's movie."

This apparently set Sheen off. The source said, "Charlie bugged out and flipped out on them." This scrap, according to Us Weekly, was the culmination of a "long family weekend in the Big Apple," leading to a "messy, drug-fueled party" and a "trashed" suite at the Ritz - which, again, the hotel denies happened.

Of course, Sheen's team could be going along with all these reports to give his new show,

  • Emily Mortimer Says There's No Agenda Behind 'The Newsroom'

Aaron Sorkin's new HBO series, "The Newsroom," has received a lot of Internet praise and criticism since its Sunday premiere. Some have said that "The Newsroom" revises recent history with a liberal slant, but star Emily Mortimer, who plays veteran news producer Mackenzie MacHale, defended the show as a fictional drama.

She told ABC News Radio, "Those moments like the BP oil spill, like the Gabby Giffords shooting, like the Arab Spring, all these things, they were images on our television that at the time were very dramatic images that we didn't necessarily have time to think about and contextualize and ponder over, and there's something very cool about being given the opportunity to do that."

Mortimer said she hasn't heard if HBO will renew the show for a second season but said, "I'm keeping my fingers crossed and I'm hoping it's going to be good news and we'll know very soon."

  • Jennifer Hudson's Advice to Weight Watchers Successor Jessica Simpson

(Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images)Jennifer Hudson's got some advice for her Weight Watchers successor, Jessica Simpson.

"Try not to snack with the baby," she told ABCNews.com Tuesday night at the New York launch of her QVC clothing line. Hudson became the diet company's spokesperson after giving birth to her son David in 2009.

"My baby likes making cakes," she said, "and when you're making a cake you always lick the stuff off your fingers. Those things, we don't realize what we're taking in."

"It helps if you write it down," she added. "Write down what you're eating, you'll be far more aware. And be active with the baby. Be active with them and you'll stay in shape. There's no workout like running around after a 2-year-old."

Hudson slimmed down from a size 16 to a size 6 in 2010 and continues to stick to the Weight Watchers diet. Simpson signed on to be the company's new spokesperson in May after giving birth to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson.

"I think she will do awesome," Hudson said. "She's a pro. She knows

"He was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries," the spokesperson said. "He was released this morning and is doing fine."

  • Fact Check: Aaron Sorkin's 'Newsroom' Is Nothing Like a Real Newsroom

If you watch Aaron Sorkin's "The Newsroom," premiering on HBO Sunday night, you might come away with a few questions. Like: Are all television journalists as arrogant as cable news anchor Will McAvoy? Do people really take swigs from a bottle of bourbon after the show wraps? Are all newsroom staffs good looking and impeccably groomed? And, of course, does everyone really sleep with everyone?

We're in a position to provide some answers, having screened the first four episodes of "The Newsroom" and having spent more time at a TV news network than Sorkin did, when he toured the offices of MSNBC, Fox, CNN, and CBS to develop his new drama. Below, a fact check:

5-minute long monologues about the state of news that happen in glass-walled, not soundproofed offices: False. At least not in our experience.

iNews: True. It's a program that news organizations use to manage show rundowns and read newswires. Yellow, orange, and red news alerts - also real.

Whatever the opposite of marital bliss is, Alec Baldwin got a taste of it this morning, getting into an altercation with a New York Daily News photographer after he and his fiancée went to pick up their marriage license.

“He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me,” photographer Marcus Santos told the Daily News of the confrontation outside Manhattan’s Marriage License Bureau. “One time, right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way.”

Santos filed a complaint against Baldwin and went to a hospital to be examined for injuries. In an interview with ABC News, he later said he was resting, taking painkillers and has consulted a lawyer.

That lawyer, Sanford Rubenstein, told ABC News he expects to meet with his client and prosecutors on Wednesday.

Baldwin was keeping his options open regarding the possibility of filing his own assault complaint, sources told ABC News. As described in a statement Tuesday from Baldwin’s camp,

  • Jennifer Love Hewitt's Mother Dies

Jennifer Love Hewitt's Mother Dies (ABC News)Jennifer Love Hewitt's mother, Patricia, died Tuesday from complications due to cancer. She was 67.

"She was an angel to all who knew her and they are grateful she is now in a better place," Hewitt's family said in a statement. "They ask for privacy at this difficult time."

Hewitt, 33, kept her mom's illness private. Her mom helped her get her start in Hollywood, moving with Hewitt from Texas to Los Angeles in 1989. According to People magazine, two years ago, Hewitt joked that her mother has accepted her roles even when they're not exactly family-friendly, like her current gig - playing a prostitute on "The Client List."

"She was like, 'So let's review … For 15 years people have been talking about your boobs," Hewitt said. "Earlier this year, you wrote about your hoo haw in a book. Now you're playing a crack ho on TV.' She was like, 'Do you think maybe you could do an animated movie next?' "
