Vendors were excited to see the high tech features of the APN site, such as navigation features and search options that bring a new level of convenience to online auto part shopping. By maintaining strong relationships with these vendors and showcasing the advanced APN interface, APN intends to give customers a fast, easy way to buy auto parts online and a place to find the newest mobile electronics products at the lowest prices.

    Just like the mobile electronics they carry, APN is committed to making consumers’ lives easier with the use of technology. The APN website was recently updated to make it easier than ever for shoppers to find exactly the parts they need by filtering parts according to type, vehicle make and model, category, or VIN. Once all of this information is entered, the system saves the user’s preferences so customers don’t have to specify their vehicle make and model each time they shop for a different product. With APN’s network of auto part distribution centers, customers can have parts sent to them or to a local installer, and in many cases shipping is free.

    The CES 2012 showed us that the mobile electronics world is changing, and that new technology is constantly changing how drivers interact with their cars.
