Autodesk Pixlr has been a longtime online photo editing tool. Now, its maker has released a desktop application so that people who want to use Pixlr offline have that option available to them. The app provides a straightforward and easy-to-use photo editing process that even beginners should be comfortable with.
Pros
Accessible tools: Pixlr is very accessible and can be figured out by anyone, even if it is their very first time editing a photo.
