This week’s most-clicked home on realtor.com® is remarkable for its arty facade. And no, we’re not talking about a false front. We’re referring to the actual back side of a Key West home, which is covered in a massive work of mosaic tile.

Depicting a day in the life of Key West, the intricate artwork creates an interesting focal point and no doubt helped prompt a major bump in the home’s popularity.

And the dazzling design isn’t limited to the house itself—the sides and bottom of the backyard pool are lined with tile imagery as well.

Aside from art, it’s a terrific week to go fishing. Three of this week’s top 10 homes have private ponds for anglers who don’t want to venture too far from the comforts of home.

We also came across a Mid-Century time capsule in New Orleans, a vintage charmer in Texas, and an enormous former elementary school in Ohio that’s only $200,000. Put down your No. 2 pencils now, and read on for this week’s most popular homes.

10. 2744 J Lynn Dr, Catlettsburg, KY

Price: $2,500,000
Why it’s here: It’s the home of local coal magnate Larry Addington, who passed away in 2015. Listed in January, this north Kentucky mansion sits on 72 acres and offers 12,000 square feet of living space. We’re most fascinated by the luxury home’s enclosed pool, located in a center courtyard.

9. 11626 Vicary Rd, Jerome, MI

Price: $2,350,000
Why it’s here: On the market for over a year, the sudden popularity of this luxury retreat in the middle of Michigan is a bit of a mystery to us. Maybe it’s the man cave? Or perhaps the airplane hangar? Or the allure of having your very own runway for your private plane? Whatever the reason, this estate is worth a flyby.

8. 8 Circle St, Perry Township, PA

Price: $249,900
Why it’s here: It’s the “Silence of the Lambs” home. Still waiting on a buyer to put an offer in the basket.

7. 521 Brown St, Waxahachie, TX

Price: $198,500
Why it’s here: Located about 30 minutes outside of Dallas, this charming cottage had a solid offer within six days, according to listing agent Shannon Beddingfield. She told us she was a professional photographer prior to her career in real estate, and her keen eye shows off the vintage style of this cute (and affordable!) home.

6. 838 Prospect St, Salem, OH

Price: $200,000
Why it’s here: The ultimate after-school project is also the bargain of the year thus far. This former elementary school offers a whopping 16,000 square feet of living space—making its cost per square foot a measly $12! Plus, there’s a baseball field out back, chalkboards aplenty, and bleachers where you can sit and razz the entire neighborhood.

5. 4110 Wax Rd SE, Aragon, GA

Price: $299,900
Why it’s here: We’d feel something was missing if a log home didn’t manage to make an appearance. This log cabin sits on 5 acres and comes with a stocked private pond. Listing agent Jules Harper told us the former foreclosure was extensively remodeled and looks luxurious. Listed for less than two weeks, Harper said he received multiple offers just three days after it went on the market.

4. 542 E US Highway 36, Tuscola, IL

Price: $1,984,200
Why it’s here: Yet another lodge built from logs! This luxury log build finishes the wooded quotient of our week. Resting on over 36 acres, it also comes with its own “private pond with fishing shack.”

3. 90 Summit Dr, Pine Grove, PA

Price: $600,000
Why it’s here: Listing agent Jeroen Harmsen says interest in this custom country home has surpassed his expectations. “I’ve never had a week like this,” Harmsen said in reference to the calls he’s fielded on this home. He credits the home’s photographs and a helpful dose of social media promotion for the home’s popularity. The home’s interiors are lovely, but we’d spend most of our time on the 120-foot-long wrap-around deck.

2. 6331 Paris Ave, New Orleans, LA

Price: $625,000
Why it’s here: We saw folks sharing this time-capsule home on Twitter this week, so we weren’t surprised to see it make an appearance. According to listing agent Frank Barrett, this home “should be in Palm Springs.” He called the well-preserved Mid-Century home dramatic and unusual, and said it was a big plus that the home has only had one owner, adding, “There’s no way you could build this house today.”

1. 1514 4th St, Key West, FL

Price: $565,000
Why it’s here: It’s all about the back of the house. Out back, the entire house and pool are works of art. Listing agent Brian Trible told us the mosaic tile artwork on the back of the home depicts “a day in the life of Key West.” And while the Keys are known for their funky art and architecture, Trible says the size and scope of this piece makes it stand out. Trible priced the home well below Key West’s average price of $680,000, and had an offer in hand within a week. And good news—the agent thinks the buyer will keep the distinctive tile art in the backyard.
