    Right Bag Awarded Theo Paphitis Small Business Sunday Award

    The weekly Twitter Small Business Sunday competition was launched in October 2010, and invites small businesses to Tweet Theo between 5pm and 7:30pm. Once Theo has reviewed all entries, he chooses six which impress him most and Retweets them to his 200,000 followers. As this is only the second time Right Bag’s founder, Sarah Evans, has entered the competition, she received a fantastic surprise when Theo selected her company to Retweet.

    Since then, over 200 people have responded, either through Retweeting Right Bag’s name or sending messages of congratulations. Right Bag now has over 1000 followers on its Twitter account, which is an increase of 140 people. On the night of the competition, Right Bag’s site received 600% more hits, and still received 300% more on the Monday.
