Baghdad hasn't asked Moscow to conduct strikes on IS in Iraq: RIA

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Iraq has not officially asked Russia to conduct air strikes on its territory to fight Islamic State, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was quoted as saying on Monday by Russian news agencies.
