BizArk Officially Launches to Open a New Era of E-Commerce

SHANGHAI, Sep. 1 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- BizArk, the leading provider of

comprehensive solutions for international e-commerce and trade,

officially launched its service recently. Its 18 international

partners, including Paypal, Trustwave, TNT and Google, attended the

release conference at the Shanghai Westin Hotel to extend

    congratulations.

In addition, BizArk invited Shanghai authorities and 80 BizArk

customer representatives across China to witness and celebrate the

    official release of BizArk.

BizArk's parent company, Ketai Group, has been in the international

online trade field since its establishment. In 2009, Ketai initially

launched the comprehensive ecommerce solution for international trade

to help Chinese companies develop global markets. At the beginning of

2010 BizArk obtained tens of millions of dollars investment from IDG

    Ventures.

In February 2010, the e-commerce service was officially named

"BizArk", meaning the "Noah's Ark" carrying Chinese companies to the

world. The release of BizArk is dedicated to helping Chinese trade

companies gain a firm foothold in the global market based on brand

establishment, changing the "low price and low quality" image of

    "made-in-China."

BizArk aims to provide tailored marketing solutions for Chinese

companies with services -- overseas market analysis, website

construction and multi-channel marketing -- as the core. Its main

services include target customer research, website construction,

search engine optimization, paid search engine marketing, social

networking services, opt-in email marketing, affiliate marketing,

website security support, online payment support, multilingual

customer services, international legal consulting, overseas logistics

and warehousing, international press releases and more.

Neil Zhou, the founder of BizArk, is a senior expert in the foreign

trade e-commerce field. In the past five years, he has successfully

operated several e-commerce sites including pass4sure.com and

glassesshop.com, etc. Mr. Zhou said, "At present, few enterprises in

China are aware of the prospective market of B2C foreign trade and

attach importance to it. The competition is not so stiff. There is

still the possibility of fast success for SMEs." He also points out

that B2C foreign trade will become the new hot point in the Chinese

e-commerce field over the next 3 to 5 years.

Another helmsman of BizArk, CEO Jason Gu, former General Manager of

Google in the eastern China region and Google China Export Services

division, has ten years of management experience in sales and

marketing in multinational companies. Under the leadership of Jason

and Neil, BizArk, together with 18 top partners, blew the horn in the

new era of e-commerce to transform "made-in-China" to "invented for

    the world."

By Deepa Seetharaman and Norihiko Shirouzu DETROIT/BEIJING (Reuters) - Henrik Fisker is working with an investor group to salvage Fisker Automotive, the "green" car company he co-founded nearly six years ago that is now struggling to stave off bankruptcy, people familiar with the matter said this week. • WHEN DID WE VOTE TO BECOME MEXICO?

At first I thought the IRS scandal was leaked to distract from the Benghazi scandal. But that didn't make sense because the IRS scandal is a more obvious abuse of power than the White House lying about the murder of four Americans in Libya. Before I had resolved which scandal was distracting from which, we found out the Department of Justice was spying on The Associated Press -- not to protect national security, but to prevent the AP from scooping the White House. Then, this week, it broke that the Department of Justice was also spying on Fox News for reasons that remain unexplained. ...
