Beezow Doo-Doo Zopittybop-Bop-Bop arrested for marijuana possession

As kids, we all wanted to change our names to something more awesome than the boring generics we were given. From Wolverine to Tyrannosaurus Rex to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, we had name aspirations above and beyond John and Sarah.

Those dreams usually faded by the time we reached the double digits, but for one Wisconsin man, adulthood did not stop him from legally changing his name.

For this reason, we applaud Jeffrey Drew Wilschke’s legal name change to Beezow Doo-Doo Zopittybop-Bop-Bop. The presiding judge who granted the name change is also to be congratulated for making such an awesome decision.

Zopittybop-Bop-Bop gained national fame over the weekend when he was booked for marijuana possession and a wielding a knife in a Madison, Wisconsin park. We can glean from the reasons behind his arrest that he may or may not have been sober at the time of his name change.

Zopittybop-Bop-Bop was also arrested last April for possessing a handgun in another Madison park.
