In a quest to be the most adorable panda on the planet, Bei Bei, the Smithsonian's National Zoo's giant panda cub had a bit of an adventure Monday.

Reaching headlines yet again, Bei Bei successfully climbed a tree, after "several attempts" according to the National Zoo. But what goes up, must come down.

Thankfully, Bei Bei's mama, Mei Xiang, was there to support her little child's safe return to solid ground.
