    Bellingham Web Design Company Adds New Services to its Web Site Offerings

    Bellingham Web Design company HappyChap Media is proud to announce two new services to its web design offerings. They will now provide customers with a customized tutorial video detailing how to update all necessary aspects of the website, as well as provide a physical backup of all website files and databases. Beside web design, HappyChap offers services including graphic design, content writing, social media management and more.

    “A lot of hosting companies offer automatic daily backup plans, but what happens if their hard drives are destroyed or hacked?" asks co-founder Aaron Apple. "The best back-up plan is always a hard copy of every file and database associated with a website, in the hands of that website’s owner.”

    HappyChap Media specializes in building unique websites that put control into the customer’s hands. Since WordPress, the content management system utilized by HappyChap Media, essentially makes managing a site as simple as writing an email, their clients are able to make future changes and updates without needing a technical expert’s help.

    “In these tough economic times, the businesses that can adapt the quickest to new technologies will be the ones who succeed," said co-founder Noel Abbott. "What we’re doing is giving our clients a head-start on that process.”

    In short, HappyChap will build the client's site, complete with a unique layout and graphic appeal to suit the organization or individual's needs, and then the client will be able to take the reins and manage the simple updates on their own, now with the help of a customized tutorial video.
