    Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Says New Blunt-Tip Cannula Improves Non-Surgical Eyelifts

Furthermore, the blunt-tip cannula provides Dr. Azizzadeh with greater precision so the results are more natural.

    The blunt-tip cannula differs from a needle in that it does not have a beveled sharp tip, instead it is blunt and rounded. It comes in various sizes and is more flexible than a needle. This flexibility is why there is less discomfort during the eyelift procedure and less bruising afterwards.

    In addition to using a blunt-tip cannula to recreate volume and erase wrinkles around the eyes, it is also used in filler injections for the nasolabial folds, marionette lines and lips.
