    Blackman Kallick, the Chicago-based audit, tax and consulting firm, has recently expanded its Emerging Enterprises and Technology practice with the addition of John Klisch as Partner.     Previously, Mr. Klisch led the Atlanta assurance practice of BDO USA, where he helped expand the technology practice. Over his 20-year career, Klisch has worked with public and private companies in the technology and technology-enabled service sector as well as with media, manufacturing and distribution concerns. Drawing on his extensive industry experience, Klisch excels at guiding companies through growth and financing initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, global and domestic expansion, initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and private equity and debt financings.
