  • Whitaker Gets Apology From NY Deli

The owner of a Manhattan deli, where Oscar-winning actor Forest Whitaker was accused of shoplifting and frisked, has apologized and says the employee who patted down the actor is "no longer with us."

Speaking to "TMZ Live," Anthony Galofaro, the owner of Milano Market, expressed his regret over Friday's incident and offered to "make a donation to a charity of Mr. Whitaker's choice to rectify this wrongdoing."

He said the employee who stopped the actor outside the deli was a "decent man" who was "just doing his job."

"We have a lot of shoplifters here," Galofaro said Monday. "It was very busy. He thought (Whitaker) took something and he wasn't sure."

The worker later apologized, but Galofaro said the man, a longtime employee, is "no longer here with us. … He doesn't want to come here, that's how much hurt he is. …It was a sincere mistake."

Still, Galofaro said he was unsure whether he would take the man back. "My job is to make

  • The Future of Airline Seating? Let's Hope So

What if your economy-class airline seat could feel nearly as luxurious as first class? It would have a personal bin dedicated to overhead storage. It would be constructed in such a way that your space wouldn't be infringed upon when the person in front of you reclines their seat. And it wouldn't cost that much more than what we pay for economy class today.

Yaghoubi said he had the idea for AirGo after a series of uncomfortable eight-hour flights to visit his family.

In typical flight experience, he said, the passenger in front of you reclines their seat, occupying "one-third of the

"When I say f-k, you say NBA.. When I say f-k, you say the Miami Heat," he said. He also claimed he slept with Miami Heat's Chris Bosh's wife.

A representative of the NBA denied Lil Wayne has been banned.

Neither Bosh nor his wife Adrienne Bosh have publicly commented on the rapper's accusation. Adrienne has retweeted several positive comments from friends and followers on Twitter including Gabrielle Union, wife of fellow Miami Heat player Dwyane Wade.

"Some people attack those who have the peace & joy they wish they had! Pay them no mind! Live your dream, strut & wave," Union tweeted.

Lil Wayne's explicit rant is his latest attack on the Miami Heat. The rapper claimed he was kicked out of the Miami Heart/Los Angeles Lakers game Feb. 10 for
