  • 'Scandalous:' Lohan as Liz Taylor

When "infamous," "scandalous" and "dangerous" flash across the screen, Lifetime's new trailer for "Liz & Dick" may sound like an overview of recent headlines about Lindsay Lohan. But it's not - the 30-second teaser only shows Lohan starring as the legendary Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime's new biopic.

The trailer calls the film "this year's most controversial, provocative, … biggest television event." The film follows the roller-coaster relationship between Taylor and the actor Richard Burton. In the trailer, Lohan is seen drinking, fighting and smoking, all things she's been accused of in the past. The film is set to premiere on Lifetime in November.

  • Kelsey Grammer 'Still at a Loss' Over Emmy Snub

The Emmy Awards are this Sunday, but Kelsey Grammer said he won't be tuning in.

Though he won a Golden Globe for his performance as the sociopathic mayor of Chicago on the Starz series "Boss," Grammer did not receive an Emmy nomination.

He's "still at a loss" for why he was snubbed, he said, though he insisted he doesn't hold a grudge against the TV Academy.

Grammer recently suggested that he didn't get a nod because liberal-leaning Hollywood was punishing him for being a conservative. However, he told ABC News Radio, "I've since come to think that maybe ["Boss"] just hasn't gotten out there enough, I don't know."

"Yeah, its hard to figure," Grammer said. "It may have to do with several things, honestly, but I think it's possible. I mean, I'm a declared out-of-the-closet Republican in Hollywood."

Leno suggested the snub may be because "Boss" is on Starz, which many people do not

Lady Gaga caused a stir in Amsterdam this week when she lit up a joint on stage during a concert. But what really caused criticism was the singer's fuller figure.

"I'm dieting right now, because I gained, like, 25 pounds," Gaga told radio host Elvis Duran. "I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second. I have to be on such a strict diet constantly. It's hard because it's a quite vigorous show, so I tend to bulk up, get muscular, and I really don't like that. So I'm trying to find a new balance."

The "Born This Way" singer blamed the pounds on her love of pizza and pasta, calling herself a "New York Italian girl." She also blamed her father, Joe Germanotta's NYC Italian restaurant, Joanne Trattoria.

"My father opened a restaurant. It's so amazing . . . it's so freaking delicious, but I'm telling you I gain five pounds every time I go in there," she said. "So my dad wants me to eat at the restaurant, and
