Taylor Swift has, according to People magazine, has purchased a house in Hyannis Port, Mass., across the street from reputed boyfriend Conor Kennedy's grandmother Ethel Kennedy.
A real estate agent in the area confirmed to People that Swift bought the house last week, paying a reported $4.9 million for the 13-room home overlooking Nantucket Sound. The house was originally listed at $14 million and had been on the market for two to four years.

Swift is said to be "swept off her feet" by Kennedy. The singer was photographed wearing a retro bikini and hanging out at the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port over the weekend. Swift played volleyball with her new beau and his famous family, according to People. The couple was also spotted in Nashville just last week.
But playing with the Kennedys isn't the only thing Swift has been up to lately. The singer announced Monday that her new album, "Red," hits stores Oct. 22. She also premiered the album's first single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."
