  • Trust Fund for Michael Jackson's Kids Remains Empty: Report

Although Michael Jackson has made nearly $600 million since his 2009 death, the planned trust fund created for his three children remains empty, according to the New York Daily News.

The paper reported today that lawyers and accountants believe it could take years before they're able to sort through all of Jackson's debts and legal bills and put money in the trust fund. In the meantime, Paris Michael, Prince Michael, and Prince Michael II (better known as Blanket) live on a $70,000 per month family allowance controlled by estate executors and overseen by a judge. Katherine Jackson, who was re-established as their legal guardian in August after a guardianship dispute earlier this summer, has control over those funds.

The Daily News said Jackson's family trust calls for the King of Pop's three kids to share 50-percent of the trust balance, while the other half will go to Katherine Jackson during her lifetime. The 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch also has yet to receive

  • Seal Didn't Imply Heidi Klum Cheated, Says Rep

Heidi Klum and Seal Confirm Split
Perhaps "fornicating with the help" wasn't the best choice of words. After Seal made headlines for implying that estranged wife Heidi Klum is hooking up with her bodyguard Martin Kirsten, a rep for Seal issued a statement to People saying the singer "would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating on him while they were together." "Rather," the rep said, "he was pointing out that they are separated and the divorce is not final so they are legally still married."

On Friday, Seal shared his thoughts on recent photos of his supermodel ex and Kirsten vacationing in Sardinia to TMZ. "That's what happens when two people separate, they move on and generally meet other people in their lives," he said.

He added, "Whilst I didn't expect anything better from him [the bodyguard], I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were."

  • Joy Behar Promises No Casey Anthony, No Michael Jackson on New Show

(AP Photo/Peter Kramer, file) Primetime, get ready for Joy Behar 2.0. The "View" co-host launches her second solo show, "Joy Behar: Say Anything!" Sept. 4 on Current TV, and she plans to set herself apart from the army of cable news talking heads.

"I can promise you the words 'Casey Anthony' will not come up," she told reporters in a conference call Tuesday. "We will not be asking how much propofol was in Michael Jackson. Those are the questions we will not be asking."

Behar's primetime talk show on HLN was canceled last year, despite high ratings. Though her new show faces a smaller audience at Current, she plans to do things she couldn't at the CNN sister network, such as a segment called "Holy Rollers" in which she'll have a priest, a rabbi and an imam discuss the news of the day.

"I like this network a lot," Behar said of Current. "I like the fact that they told me I could say anything. I can talk about politics. I want people to weigh in on the conventions and the next election."

  • Katherine Jackson Back as Guardian of MJ's Children

Katherine Jackson has been reinstated as the permanent guardian of Micheal Jackson's children. Her grandson, TJ, will serve as a temporary co-guardian.

A California judge reinstated Katherine's guardianship today. It was suspended last month after she traveled to Arizona and was out of touch with Prince Michael, Paris Michael, and Prince Michael II for days. TJ, who was named the temporary guardian for the King of Pop's kids, will remain a co-guardian of the trio.

In today's hearing, Judge Mitchell Beckloff said an investigator visited Katherine's Calabasas, Calif. home Friday and had a "glowing review" of how she's taking care of the children.

"I think the kids are in terrific hands, I really do," Beckloff said, adding "All the controversy you told me [last week] caused me concern, but I'm certain Mrs. Jackson is doing a terrific job."

Diana Ross, who was named as a backup guardian in Michael's will, met with the family Wednesday and was "very pleased" with the situation.

  • Cuba Gooding, Jr. Arrest Warrant: Actor Accused of Pushing Bartender

Cuba Gooding, Jr. has a warrant out for his arrest after allegedly pushing a bartender in New Orleans.

According to New Orleans police, the "Red Tails" actor allegedly pushed a female bartender on Bourbon Street after becoming aggravated by a group of fans. When she informed him that one of her co-workers had called 911, he allegedly pushed her again and walked out of the bar.

"He was just sitting there, having a few drinks," said Kenneth Huff, a patron at the Alibi Bar where Gooding allegedly headed next. "New Orleans police officers told Cuba he had to come outside and talk to him.  They stood outside there for about 10, 15 minutes talking and then they let him go."

Cops obtained an arrest warrant for Gooding for municipal battery.  Gooding's attorney told ABC News the actor is "taking necessary actions to address the matter" following Tuesday's incident.

In March, a group of women accused Gooding of groping them at a New Mexico bar. The actor characterized the allegations

  • Lindsay Lohan Films Topless Scene With Pants-Less Crew

(ABC News)Before Lindsay Lohan went topless, the crew of her new movie, "The Canyons," dropped their pants.

"They were down to their underwear," a source told ABCNews.com. "It's a common thing for a crew to do to make actors feel less self-conscious."

The practice does have precedent. "Love and Other Drugs" director Edward Zwick got naked when his stars, Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway, balked about the 2010 film's many nude scenes. "I said, 'What do you want me to do?'" Zwick told New York Magazine. "And they said, 'You take your clothes off.' And I said, 'Fine!'" Zwick said the three of them even posed for a naked photo after.

Of Lohan's topless turn, her publicist Steve Honig said, "The cast and crew have been very understanding about the sensitivities around filming certain scenes."

Lohan plays an ex-model in "The Canyons," the drama she stars in with adult film actor James Deen. She's expected to finish shooting this week.
