Justin Bieber’s Mom Is Now Watching Every Move He Makes
With Justin Bieber's behavior getting increasingly out of hand lately, the pop star may have found a solution to help him get back on the straight and narrow: He’s brought in his mom to supervise … well, sort of.
Bieber, 19, revealed on Instagram on Wednesday that his latest tattoo on the inside of his arm is a portrait of his mom's eye. In the caption he noted that, "Moms always watching ;)" now.
At least a few Beliebers commented that Bieber's growing ink collection – which features more than a dozen pieces of body art – is getting too big.
However, the "Baby" singer's new addition just might be the push he needs to give up (or at least cut back) on his bratty ways. In the first half of this year alone, he's managed to show up late to concerts, fight with the paparazzi, and — let's not forget — that memorable incident where he insulted President Clinton. (Bieber later apologized.)
His bad behavior seems to have started just after his mom, Pattie Mallette, stopped traveling with him – at his request – when Bieber turned 18 last year.
"I don't necessarily agree with everything that he does … I try to encourage him to stay true to who he is and stay grounded and humble," Mallette told the ladies of "The View" earlier this month. "I just always encourage him and say, 'You've always had to learn the hard way, but you'll get there and I believe in you.' And I have to keep believing that he'll come out on top."
The eye tat arrived in the nick of time. Bieber's latest adventures have included underage boozing at a Fourth of July bash with gal pal Selena Gomez and, according to TMZ, spitting in the face of an Ohio man he thought was taking pictures of him.
