Rep Confirms Keri Russell and Her Husband Are Separated

There's a good reason that Keri Russell's husband wasn't reported as being in her home when she was burglarized on Wednesday — because they're no longer together.

Russell, who currently stars in FX's "The Americans," and her husband of seven years, Shane Deary, have separated, her rep confirms to People. "They have been separated since early summer," the rep said. "The separation is amicable and their focus is on their children."

Keri, 37, and Shane have two kids together, son River, 6, and daughter, Willa Lou, 1. They married on Valentine's Day in 2007.

It appears the two are still friendly though and it's business as usual in their lives. They were photographed Thursday morning dropping River off at school together. Later that same day, Russell was reportedly back on the Brooklyn set of "The Americans."

Page Six reported in September that Keri was only living temporarily in Brooklyn Heights, while Shane was doing further renovations of their Boerum Hill, Brooklyn home.

In a recent profile of their Boerum Hill home in ELLE Decor, the actress explained how she first uttered the words "I love you" to her future husband when he heroically rescued her from a potentially embarrassing oven gas leak incident. "He appeared in 10 seconds flat, single-handedly pulled the gigantic stove away from the wall, and saved me from shutting off the entire building’s gas supply," she recalled.

Russell is best known for her title role in the J.J. Abrams show "Felicity," which ran for four seasons on The WB network from 1998-2002. She even won a Golden Globe and Teen Choice Award in 1999 for her breakout performance. Russell's also starred on the big screen in such hit films as "Mission: Impossible III," "Waitress," and "Extraordinary Measures." She'll appear next summer in "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes," the sequel to 2011's surprise hit "Rise of the Planet of the Apes."

The second season of "The Americans" is set to premiere in February.
