Rupert Murdoch celebrates Santorum results with a tweet from his iPad

"Well, well! Values DO count. Santorum result pretty amazing. Policy very similar to Reagan. Now start to sound like him."

-- Rupert Murdoch, chairman and chief executive of News Corporation, assessing the results of last night's Iowa caucuses via his new preferred medium: Twitter on the iPad. Murdoch--who joined the micro-messaging service on New Year's Eve--made headlines for pre-caucus tweets that seemed to endorse Rick Santorum, who was employed by Murdoch's Fox News before he announced his campaign for the presidency. Murdoch added that Ron Paul is "too extreme, but [was] right to draw attention to Fed. Printing zillions can only cause inflation - the coward's way out of this mess."
