Santorum at a diner in Tilton, N.H., on Jan. 5, 2012. (Holly Bailey)
Fresh off his impressive showing in the Iowa caucuses, Rick Santorum made a campaign stop in New Hampshire at a diner in Tilton on Thursday--with more than 50 reporters and photographers trailing him. The result was a veritable media crush, with Santorum and co. packed into the tiny small-town diner. ABC News' Shush Walshe called it "complete media mayhem." Yahoo News' Holly Bailey said it was the biggest pool of reporters she'd ever seen with Santorum. Slate political reporter Dave Weigel suggested the swarm needed more cameras.
